The Points discussed are :
1.The decisions taken in the first
meeting held on 17.07.2009 were reviewed by the chairman.
2.As per agenda of the meeting, the Chairman agreed to take the students on education
tour and suggested to plan in the month of January.
3.The chairman appreciated the steps taken by the vidyalaya for classes X and XII of
conducting remedial classes during winter break and organizing study camp in third week of
January 2010.
4.The chairman advised to prepare the estimate with the help of factory / MES people to
develop the garden and the detail plan of developing the garden to be charted out.
5. The chairman suggested to prepare the estimate and plan for white washing the school
building and developing the playground. He asked to write MES for more details and work to
be carried during Summer Vacation.
He permitted to construct the collapsed compound wall of the
vidyalaya near the entrance gate on top priority in the safety and security of the
students.
6.The chairman observed the activities taking place under scout and guide in vidyalaya
and permitted to organize the scout and guide camp in the vidyalaya in the month of
January.
7.Shri B. Hariharan, Chairman Nominee, VMC suggested to activate the PTA in the
vidyalaya and conduct general body meeting of PTA in this academic year.
8.Shri S. K Sharma, Member requested to introduce the NCC in the vidyalaya along with
scout and guide acitivity for which the Hon’ble chairman asked the principal to
pursue for the same.
