To promote the educative functions of CCA various tours are being organized regularly
in the vidyalaya. Previous year two batches were sent for trekking in Uttaranchal. This
year a visit to holy places was organized and the students from I to V standard visited
the nearby church, mosque and temple. They also enjoyed community lunch. The students from
VI to VIII went on a picnic whereas an excursion tour was organized for the students of
classes from IX to XII. Trekking and camping programmes are organized for the Scouts and
Guides. All these activities train the children for social life and they learn inner
discipline also.
